Coffee/ Pizza Duty Responsibilities

COFFEE DUTY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Coffee Volunteer is responsible for donating milk and breakfast goods (e.g., doughnuts, bagels, homemade cakes, breads, and pies) and making coffee to sell to the school community to raise money for the school.  Hall Monitor #1 is expected to assist the Coffee Volunteer in the set up.  As a rule of thumb, a Coffee Volunteer typically will donate three dozen Crispy Crème doughnuts.  Coffee supplies (i.e. cream, half & half, sugar, tea, cups, stirrers, plates, napkins, etc.) are paid for by the school and each volunteer is responsible for checking inventory so that the school is always well-stocked.  Breakfast treats and coffee sell for $1 each.  Coffee should be set up by

9 a.m.  At the end of the day, proceeds and receipts for any supplies replenished are to be turned over to the Treasurer, Bo Shevchik, or his designated point person.  The Coffee Volunteer helps the Pizza Volunteer sell pizza.

PIZZA DUTY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Pizza Volunteer is responsible for ordering pizza and taking delivery of the pizza at Ridna Shkola.  Pizza is usually ordered no later than 10:30 a.m. for a roughly 11 a.m. delivery.  An advance for the order is provided by the Treasurer, Bo Shevchik, or his designated point person.  Domino’s has been the school’s pizza of choice for many years.  Pizza is sold by the slice at $2 each.  After the pizza is sold, the Pizza Volunteer cleans up and is assisted by Hall Monitor #2.  Proceeds are to be turned over to Mr. Shevchik or his designated point person.

Thank you for your help.
