Coffee Duty Tip Sheet 

1. SET UP TABLE

·       Tablecloths

·       Coffee cups – 12 oz.

·       Sugar, Sweet-n-low

·       Stirrers

·       Napkins

·       Creamer

·       Extras: Cocoa packets, tea, flowers 

2. SET UP COFFEE

·       Small maker – 2 scoops/10cups water

·       Large maker – 15 scoops/30 cups water (takes 20 minutes to brew)

·       Filters in supply box 

- above amount should be enough for the day

- if more is needed, use the small maker

3.  SET UP BAKED GOODS

·       Donuts, Bagels, Muffins, Danish, etc.

·       2 to 2 ½  dozen baked goods

·       1 gallon milk

·       ½ gallon orange juice

4. PRICES
